CTI test passport physical performance and durability to see if will last in the field and maintain its integrity and security.An E-Passport has a microprocessor chip, containing the holder's biometric information used to authenticate them. E-Passports are more costly and need to last their intended life-time. CTI tests passport durability to the ISO/IEC 18745-1 standard, so you can avoid costly re-issuance of passports.
